JBL Denitrol is a biological bacteria starter designed for fast and effective nitrite removal in aquariums. Its fast start formula contains highly active cleansing bacteria and enzymes that detoxify aquarium water. With 10 billion (per 100 ml) of 8 different harmless bacterial species working synergistically, it supports the breakdown of organic impurities, ammonium and nitrite. The first fish can be introduced to a newly established aquarium 24 to 48 hours after application.
