This species have a bulb for storing nutrients. The deeply crinkled leaves of the Crinum calamistratum can grow up to 80-100cm in length. Depending on the size of you aquarium, the upper leaf blades may produce flower stalks. They don't require particularly strong light, but gentle water movement. They're best used on their own. The latter will give you the best results.
