Product Overview

Coral Protec is a fast and effective solution for expelling pests from corals before introducing them into your aquarium. Designed for reefers without a quarantine tank setup, this proprietary aqueous solution of Chloroxylenol and natural extracts helps prevent pest infestations and diseases that can compromise coral health. It does not contain iodine and can be used prophylactically or to treat diseased corals.

Usage Instructions

• Shake bottle well before use; oils may settle over time
• Do not add directly to aquarium water
• Add 0.5ml of Coral Protec per 1L of aquarium saltwater in a separate container
• Use a small powerhead or gently shake coral to ensure water movement
• Keep coral in dip for 2–5 minutes depending on severity
• Observe coral for adverse reactions (e.g., excessive sliming)
• After dipping, remove coral, rinse with clean aquarium water, and place into aquarium
• Do not reuse the dip; discard to prevent toxin buildup
• Clean syringe and container with freshwater after use
• For freshwater dips, buffer pH to match aquarium water

Safety Instructions

• Wear suitable gloves to avoid skin contact; wash thoroughly if contact occurs
• If swallowed, rinse mouth, drink water or milk, and consult a doctor with instructions
• If contact with eyes occurs, rinse thoroughly with cold water and consult a doctor
