The DD AI Blade Coral Growth delivers immense lighting power in a slim, low-profile design. It features a specialised LED mix that maximises the key spectral peaks required for coral photosynthesis, supporting strong and healthy coral growth in reef aquariums.

Blade Coral Growth can be used as a standalone light or combined with the Blade Glow to create a customised colour balance that suits your reef and visual preferences.

Spectrum

A carefully balanced combination of blue and white diodes efficiently meets the photosynthetic needs of corals. The Blade Coral Growth delivers output primarily in the deep blue to blue range of the spectrum (400–500 nm), a range proven to be highly effective for marine coral growth.

LED Configuration

The AI Blade platform uses a tightly grouped cluster configuration, with approximately one cluster group per foot of light length. This balanced diode placement contributes to excellent light distribution, shimmer, and overall visual balance.

Each cluster group in the Blade Coral Growth includes a total of 24 LEDs:

• 12 × Royal Blue
• 6 × Cool White
• 6 × Blue

Mounting

For Blade units sized up to 39.1 inches, a Low Profile Tank Rest is included. The tank rest extends up to 4.5 inches on either side of the Blade, providing a total mounting span of up to 9 inches.
