The Eibli Mimic Tang is one of the least aggressive tangs. The Acanthurus tristis tang closely resembles the C. Eibli dwarf angelfish.

The Eibli Mimic Tang does best when provided optimum water quality, large swimming space, and sufficient algae to graze on. The Acanthurus tristis can be kept in smaller sized aquariums but should not be kept confined with more aggressive tangs.

Provide the Eibli Mimic Tang plenty of hiding places and crevices for protection at night.
