Overview:

Iris laevigata 'Snowdrift', commonly known as the White Japanese Water Iris, is a beautiful marginal pond plant that produces elegant pure white flowers with delicate yellow markings from late spring into early summer. Its graceful, upright green foliage adds height and structure to pond edges, bog gardens, and damp borders, while also creating valuable habitat for pollinators and other wildlife.

Lighting Requirements:

Thrives in full sun to partial shade. A sunny position will encourage the most abundant flowering.

Watering / Planting Depth:

Suitable for shallow water, pond margins, and consistently moist soil. Plant at a depth of 0–10cm or in damp ground that remains reliably moist.
