A pond is more than just a water feature.

It’s a living, breathing extension of your outdoor space. A slice of nature in your home. Our dedicated pond design team, including in-house engineers, landscapers, and aquatic specialists, works together to create fully integrated, naturalistic ponds that are as functional as they are beautiful.

Bringing the Vision to Life

The brief: to design a visually stunning pond that would serve as a peaceful garden retreat while also supporting aquatic life. Our team crafted a fully bespoke solution, balancing natural aesthetics with cutting-edge functionality to create a space that would evolve beautifully over time.

Pond Construction & Infrastructure

  • Precision excavation with carefully contoured shelves to support aquatic planting and provide varied depth for flora and fauna life.
  • High-grade 1mm butyl rubber liner with protective underlay to safeguard against roots and sharp debris.
  • UV-resistant waterfall liner for a durable, naturalistic watercourse and fall.

Everything was selected with long-term performance and durability in mind, from materials to layout.

Engineered for Performance: Filtration & Water Circulation

Our in-house engineers specified a filtration system to ensure crystal-clear water year-round, even in full sun or with fish present:

  • Oase Biotec Screenmatic filter for powerful mechanical and biological filtration.
  • Oase AquaMax Eco pump to support efficient water flow and a continuous waterfall feature.

These components are not only reliable, but also energy-efficient and easy to maintain, ideal for clients who want a high-performance, low-maintenance setup.

Lighting Design

  • LunAqua LED Set (x3) strategically placed to illuminate key features of the pond and surrounding landscaping, enhancing both safety and evening ambience.

Hard & Soft Landscaping

Our landscaping specialists curated a combination of hard and soft elements to create a seamless, natural finish:

Hard Landscaping

  • Hand-selected statement boulders to define the pond border and waterfall.
  • Decorative pebbles and gravel for a smooth transition between land and water.

Soft Landscaping

  • Aquatic and marginal plants to encourage biodiversity and balance.
  • External non-aquatic planting and topsoil to blend the pond into the existing garden environment.
