Overview:

Lobelia Fulgens Queen Victoria is a striking herbaceous perennial grown for its dark red-bronze foliage and vivid scarlet flowers. Commonly known as Cardinal Flower, it brings strong colour and contrast to late summer planting, especially in damp borders, bog gardens, pond-side areas, and tropical-style displays.
