Preparation

• Flatworm RX is supplied in powder form to maintain maximum potency
• Remove the bottle cap and slowly fill the bottle to approximately 98% with reverse osmosis (RO) water
• Leave space for the dropper tip
• Insert the supplied dropper tip and secure the cap
• Shake the bottle until the powder fully dissolves into solution

Usage Instructions

• Siphon out as many flatworms as possible before dosing
• Add 4 drops per 10 gallons (37.9 litres) of aquarium water
• Add drops one at a time in a high-flow area
• Do not exceed one treatment within a 24-hour period
• Continue running carbon and protein skimmers during treatment
• Perform a 25% water change once results are visible
• Siphon out flatworms during the water change
• Repeat treatment if necessary
