D-D MK II SOL,Hydra,Hydra 52 and Vega Mounting Rails

Mounting rails turn individual lights into a complete lighting system appropriate for any size, style or shape of aquarium.

The rails can be ordered for specific tank lengths to allow simple and safe positioning or height adjustment of the lights above your corals.

Available with suspension or tank mounting options.

In standard form the rails do not fit the Hydra 26 ,the end plates to adjust rail spacing for Hydra 26 are available by request.

D-D have taken the concept of the original AI SOL mounting rails system and developed the idea into a MK II version which now has a more aesthetic look and added function with a new aluminium section design, stainless end plates and built in cable management system.

AI Mounting rails are available in 2,3,4, 5 and 6 foot lengths.

Note that we would always recommend that the rails are suspended from the ceiling rather than tank mounted as the lights offer a greater spread if they are positioned 8-12 inches from the water surface. This is not possible with the feet which support the lights about 4 inches from the surface.
