This earth-type worm which enhances your fish's nutritional range with fatty acids and protein are not available in planktonic organisms. Successful breeding of many types of catfish often only works if, after periods of hunger, primarily White Worms are fed. This power-food should, however, not be given more than two to three times a week, as over-feeding may cause certain fish to become adipose.
