Designed specifically for macroalgae. Suitable for breeding macroalgae in a controlled environment. The internal rack allow the exploitation of the entire chamber and ensure diffused lighting. The upper grill prevents the dispersion of ghe algae into the sump tank also in the event of rollover.
Cartridge loading systemThe filter chamber can be easily removed and reloaded in seconds. Our filters use an innovative cartridge system that allows removal and replacement of the filter material (resins, carbons, zeolite, algae, etc.) without having to remove the whole filter and load line from the sump.
Distinctive compact design.
Designed with top overflow and submerged operation, these filters are compact and safe against the risk of flooding than traditional extarnal filters. This solution is extremely useful in modern aquariums often crowded with pumps and accessories.
Innovative Easy-Flip gasketThe filter chamber uses an "Easy Flip" lip seals for a firm grip and easy extraction. The rotating locking system secure the cartridge to the base during moving operations and maintenance.
Independent LED lighting. Lighting is provided by a low voltage strip LED inserted in a central chamber. The lighting kit is not included in the filter, in this way you can choose according to your preference from different illuminations of different power and color available on the market. Otherwise is possible to use our basic lighting kit sold separately.
Versatile connection system. The load hose can be connected to the filter using the hose connection supplied. Alternatively, the hose connection can be replaced with any commercial fitting with thread 1/2" or 3/4" (according to size).Easy and thorough maintenanceOur product can be disassembled virtually in every single component. The generous thicknesses of the materials used ensure excellent resistance during all maintenance, while small component reduction facilitates cleaning and replacement of individual worn components.
